Apart from doing markets and making stuff I am also doing a Pop-Up Project with my good friend Ursula Bolch (formerly of Ursa Studio House) the last 2 weekends before Xmas. How very exciting! It’s called Space Invaders and we will be selling our own products together with a group of other amazing local artists, makers and designers.

This specially curated store will be happening above the Alderman Bar at 134 Lygon St, East Brunswick where we take over the Alderman Bar Gallery and convert it into a shop/installation/awesome retail space for like minded folk who enjoy a bit of relaxed Xmas shopping and want to discover some real local talent. Plus you can do all of this with a delicious drink in hand. What’s not to love?!
Space Invaders will open at Alderman Gallery on Saturday and Sunday – 13th & 14th December from 2 – 6pm and the next Saturday and Sunday – 20th & 21st December from 2 – 6pm.
We will also be having an evening event on Thursday 18th December starting at 5pm (to 8pm – possibly later) with Xmas drinks and nibbles. Looking forward to that one, I have to say.

Coburg Night Market was lots of fun last Friday. Setting up a marquee was a new experience but thankfully I had some help. Met some lovely people and couldn’t believe what a civilised vibe it was there. The setting was beautiful and relaxed and really quite picturesque. A bit like a small village full of nice people and cool stuff. Anyhow, I’ll be there again this Friday so I might see ya there! Oh and I’m now selling aprons and tee shirts so come on down if you want a market special!
